12. Explanation of Subscription Purchased Items
(Note: The numbers provided below are for illustrative purposes only. Actual quota limits will vary based on the user’s subscription plan.)
- 1 Custom Chatbot: This represents the total number of chatbots a user can create and use within Sibaway.ai. It is not based on a monthly or yearly renewal cycle. In this example, the user is allowed to create one chatbot for the entire duration of their subscription. This means the quota is lifetime-bound—the user cannot create a new chatbot every month or year, but only one chatbot in total. Each chatbot allows users to upload data items, which can include various file types. Data items refer to different types of documents, images, and audio files that can be uploaded to enhance the chatbot’s knowledge and capabilities.
Example of Supported file types include:
- Documents: PDF, Microsoft Word (DOC, DOCX), PowerPoint (PPT, PPTX), Excel (XLS, XLSX), Text files (TXT, CSV), Rich Text Format (RTF).
- Images: PNG, JPEG, JPG.
- Audio: MP3, WA
- 50 Pages per month
- This represents the total pages that the entire organization can upload to the system collectively each month. This limit applies across all users and chatbots within the organization. The quota resets every month, meaning that at the beginning of each billing cycle, the organization’s page count is refreshed. All users within the organization share the limit, and once the limit is reached, additional pages may require an upgrade or will be restricted based on the plan’s terms.
- 10M Tokens Stored per Year (Organization-Wide Limit ): This represents the total token storage capacity that an organization can upload to the system, shared across all users and projects(10 M means 10 Millions). The storage limit is measured in tokens, where 1 token is the smallest unit of text that the model processes. Every uploaded file is tokenized before being stored, meaning that text is broken down into smaller units (tokens).
Example: The word “Learning” consists of 2 tokens: Token 1: “learn” Token 2: “ing”
This 10 million tokens limit applies collectively across the entire organization and is renewed on yearly bases. In this example, the users are allowed to create 10M tokens for the entire duration of their subscription.
- 250 GPT-4o-mini Queries per Month (Organization-Wide Limit): This represents the total number of GPT-4o queries that the entire organization can use collectively each month. This limit applies across all users and projects within the organization. The quota resets every month, meaning that at the beginning of each billing cycle, the organization’s query count is refreshed. All users within the organization share the 250-query limit, and once the limit is reached, additional queries may require an upgrade or will be restricted based on the plan’s terms.
- 10 GPT-4o-mini Queries with Audio per month (Organization-Wide Limit): This represents the total number of queries that can utilize audio for both questioning and answering within the organization each month. This limit applies collectively across all users and projects in the organization. The quota resets every month, meaning that at the start of each billing cycle, the organization receives a fresh allocation of 10 audio-based queries. Once the limit is reached, additional audio queries may require an upgrade or will be restricted based on the subscription plan. This limit is part of the above 250 query limit.
- 2 Members in the Team (Organization-Wide Limit): This represents the total number of users that the organization can have under its subscription. In this example, the organization is allowed to have up to 2 users in total. The first user is the organization owner, who holds the subscription and manages billing (including the credit card used for purchase). The second user is an additional team member whom the owner can invite to access the system. No additional team members can be added unless the subscription plan is upgraded.
- 10 Hours of Audio Conversion per month (Organization-Wide Limit): This represents the total duration of audio files that can be uploaded and converted to text within the system for each month. This limit applies collectively across all users and projects within the organization. once the 10-hour limit is used, no further audio conversions can be performed unless the plan is upgraded. All users within the organization share this limit and must manage their usage accordingly.
- 250 OCR and Image Understanding per month (Organization-Wide Limit): This represents the total number of images that can be uploaded to the system and processed for text extraction per month. This limit applies collectively across all users and projects within the organization. The quota resets every month, meaning that at the start of each month, the organization receives a fresh allocation of 250-image. If this limit is reached, no further image uploads for OCR processing can be performed unless the plan is upgraded. All users within the organization share this limit and must manage their usage accordingly.
